Shadow and fLame accessible for blinds is a smart sound editor that uses quick speech being very useful for people who work with a keyboard. Most voice information has been recorded and prepared for use so that the time of reaction to the actions is very short.
Sound Editor always works in 2 channels and 16 bits, being recorded from the selected input sound source. It is designed to work with typical mp3 music files of length up to 15 minutes.
Speech voice is used mostly in the File Menu, sound editor reads file names and uses the default voice, opening WAV, OGG, MP3. Saving WAV, MP3, WMA (WAV, MP3 - recommended)
